i have not been assigned any work in my team. i am a fresher and all the other freshers in my team have been given aome work or the other. but i guess my boss doesn't think i am fit for anything.i read all the documents given to me on time, get my doubts cleared from seniors;still i don't know why he thinks i am so useless.:( i feel really fruustrated.....don't know what i can do
