These people were distributing free flight offer this diwali. But I discovered that they were making fool of people. It is very unfortunate that these people are providing a offer which appeals to the mass and making sure that no body avails it actually. Following are the things which I can think of: 1. I have seen in all cases that only the third choice of sector is given to maximize the probability of the offer not being used. 2. Asking the dates with the gap of atleast 7 days and not finalising the dates before asking for the DD again does not make any sense. 3. A lot of terms & conditions which are articulated just to increase inconvenience to the consumer. 4. In the world of technology, sending vouchers, then waiting for confirmation and then sending DD by registry and waiting for them to confirm dates just before 10-15 days of travel and all, only shows the trick to mislead consumer.
