I have booked an appliance 1 month before and these buggers told me that I would get it in 4 days. I had been calling them from last 1 month and they were delaying the matter everytime for 4 days. I think this is the way they have been trained to deal. It has been 1 month and now they say take your money back. I mean what the hell. Is this the kind of service they are providing. I have suffered through a lot of physical and mental frustration. These buggers dont know how to handle costumers. I am trying to take the matter further.
